We will send you an email with details of how to make an electronic payment using a debit or credit
card.
This facility is through PayPal. It is safe and free and you do not need to have a paypal account to use this
facility.

Ordering Samples

We know that you want your wedding stationery to be just perfect. It's always difficult to imagine from a
website what your design will look like. Therefore, we offer a sample invitation service.

Simply choose which wedding invitation or item of wedding stationery you would like, let us know your
details, and we will send you a fully personalised wedding invitation.

Each sample is charged at the price as advertised on the website.

To order a sample.

Email the following details to: littlestarcards2@yahoo.co.uk

The design name.
The colour scheme of the wedding.
The details of the wedding eg. time, date, venue.
The details of the reception.
The name of the bride and groom.
Those issuing the invites, if not the bride and groom.
Your name and address.
Any particular design features eg. wording, fonts, size of invites etc.
Where you found us, eg. in a bridal magazine, through google etc

Alternatively you could post us the details with payment.
Or you can request a samples order form to fill in and return to us.

Also available is an
information pack.

This contains details of our stationery items, prices etc.
If you have a particular design and colour scheme that you like but do not wish to purchase a
sample, then we can include some of the materials used e.g. a piece of ribbon, feather, piece of
mulberry paper etc. to give you more of an idea how the design will look and if you wish to order
samples.

Just email us your name, address, which design and colour you are interested in and we will send
you one of our information packs.

Please note, due to the high demand for samples please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery.


Ordering Wedding Stationery

With your samples we will send you an order form. Please fill in your requirements and send us a deposit of
50%.

Once we have your deposit, we will send you proofs of your stationery. You will need to check them and sign,
then return them to us.

When we have received your signed proofs we will begin work on your order, and your deposit will become
non-refundable.

We will inform you when your order is ready, at which point the remaining balance will need to be paid.

All our designs are completely handmade and are made to order, so will take a little time to be produced.
However, we recognise that this is an exciting time for you, and endeavour to get the stationery to you as
soon as possible. Dependent on the size of order, production usually takes between 4 - 6 weeks from receipt
of proofs.


Ordering from the Ready to Go! Collection

First you decide on the design that you want, the size, colour, wording and font etc. Then email us your
details and order a sample.
Samples are charged at the same price as advertised on the website.

If you like what you see and want to place an order.

Fill in the order form and return it to us with the full payment. If the sample is absolutely perfect then sign
the back of the card and return to us with your order.
Or email us the order with confirmation that the details on the sample are correct and we will send you
payment details.

We will have your invitations ready in just 2 weeks from the date of payment and confirmation that the
details are correct.

If the design needs changing slightly then place your order and we will send you a proof to sign and return to
us. We will have your stationery ready within 2 weeks of receipt of the proof.

Not in a hurry? Then place your order in the same way as with any other design, include a 50% deposit and
normal terms and conditions will apply.

You can order up to 100 invitations from the ready to go range and have them ready in just 2 weeks.


Ordering Children's Bags

You can order these by either emailing us at littlestarcards2@yahoo.co.uk with the relevant details or
requesting an
order form and posting it to us at Little Star Cards, 13 Topsham Road, Exeter, EX2 4EZ.

The details needed are :-

The name, age, skin and hair colour of each child.
The colour scheme of the wedding.
Any particular outfits that the children will be wearing.
The particular motif required on the bag eg. if you would prefer an animal or dinosaur design rather than a
child.
If the bag is to be filled, which contents you would like eg. dinosaur,girl's busy bag.

Payment for bags must be made in full.

Post and Packing

Post and Packing is free. Orders will be sent by first class post. Orders with a value of £80.00 or more will be
sent by Next Day Delivery. We will contact you when the order is ready to arrange a delivery time that is
convenient for you.

If you are making a smaller order and would prefer Next Day Delivery then please let us know and we will let
you know the additional cost.

Gift bags and Activity Bags are proving very popular and are handmade to order. We aim to send them within
21 days of receiving payment, however this can not be guaranteed during the popular summer months. Please
contact us as early as possible, to guarantee your order.

Terms and Conditions

All our wedding stationery is handmade to order. This means that no two items will be exactly the same.

Once we receive your signed proofs, we accept them as a confirmation by you, that the
design, wording and spelling of the card is correct. If an error is made on our behalf after
that date, then we will of course amend it free of charge. If the error is found to be your
fault, then any additional charge must be met by you.

Refunds will only be given where the product is found to be faulty or the specifications of
the order have not been met.


Terms and Conditions for Luxury and Classic ranges.

When we receive your proofs and 50% deposit, work will begin on your order and costs
will be incurred. Therefore the deposit is non-refundable.

We will contact you when your order is ready, and the remaining balance will then be
required.


Terms and Conditions for Ready to Go range.

By 2 weeks, we mean 14 days (including weekends) from the date that we receive the signed proof and full
payment.

Cheques must be cleared within the 14 days for the order to be sent.

If due to cicumstances beyond our control, we can not complete your order within the 14 day period, we will
inform you when we receive your order.

The 2 week service is available on orders below 100 invitations or stationery items.

Please ask about time scales involved for larger orders.
